60 Minute Rush is an indoor bootcamp that is designed to challenge you to reach the next level in your fitness.

Workouts are every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30PM and each training session is diverse.  You can expect running, jogging, resistance training, plyometrics, tubing, core training, circuit training, power drills, partner drills, group work, tires, ropes, kettlebells, and much more!  You will see improvements in your physical strength, endurance, power, agility and speed, along with how you feel about yourself psychologically.
