Sport Conditioning for Young Athletes
This session is designed for the younger athlete ages 9-13. Sessions will include spin & agility work, first step quickness, balance, cardio, endurance and core training.
When: Tuesday & Friday at 5:30-6:15PM
Cost: $180 +GST

Athletic Yoga
This class will get you feeling better about your body physically and mentally, and enhance sport performance. Athletic yoga will increase joint mobility and range of motion, improve one's balance and control through the body's movements, and reduce risks of potential injuries. All athletes can join!
When: Wednesday at 8:00-8:45PM
